Dr Lisker is an exceptional physician. I had not been able to read for a few months, she knew exactly what the problem was. She is so knowledgeable, courteous and explained exactly what the problem was. I have had one eye done at Reston Hospital and she was/is amazing. I highly recommend her to all with problems that other Ophthalmologists were not able to solve.
My wife and I have been going to Dr. Lisker for our annual eye exams for a very long time and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Heidi Lisker is smart, down to Earth, and gives practical advice.
Dr. Lisker is a true professional. She was very patient with us when we visited her as a family. She performed very thorough examination on all of us, explaining in details her diagnosis, best course of action and giving practical tips what would help our eye health. I've been going to Dr. Lisker for over 3 decades and over that time; I've found her to be thorough in her exams and easy to understand in her explanations of any questions that I may have.
Positive aspects of visit: Dr. Lisker is available nights, weekends, and at quick notice. She is also very clear in articulating her diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Other office staff are pleasant. Negative: she is impatient, irascible, and misanthropic, even toward members of her own profession. Have been going to Dr. Lister for many years and she has been consistently professional and accurate. She greets all of her patients with a smile and funny comments. She is thorough yet quick. Her office staff is always polite and professional as well. They answer any and all questions and are knowledgeable about her and any procedures you ask about. This is a well run office.
