I recently made the mistake of using Jeanne Lishia as the realtor to sell my home. I have several problems with the service provided. She was more interested in getting the most commission possible for herself and less interested in bringing us a good contract to get us top dollar for our home. It was annoying that in every conversation she had to tell me "how much she had done for me" when it seemed like something she should be doing and in some cases charged extra for like $300+ for fliers.
