I went to the salon for (4) services as I wanted. After receiving the deep conditioning treatment and then having it rinsed out the salon owner began to part my hair and she scratch my scalp with the comb because there was small spot areas of the deep conditioning treatment still left on my scalp. She (the salon owner) had me come back to shampoo sink to wash out the deep conditioning treatment that was left on my scalp from what her assistant missed from not washing it all completely. Went to get my hair done, and she overcharged me. Charged extra for “thick hair” & gave herself a tip. And my hair wasn’t even FLAT terrible salon & unprofessional.
