Do not use this provider. We were referred there due to my father in law needing home health after a back surgery. They sent a nurse out who didn't even check his vitals or wound. The nurse then wrote an assessment stating there was no need for home health. My. father-in-law could not even get out of bed unassisted and his wound was not closed all the way. 2 weeks later, he is in the ICU with an infection that had moved into his blood and brain. Wonder if an in-home nurse would have helped?

The in home nursing care for my handicapped grandson is pretty good for the most part. The problem is that we often experience is late nurse arrival and / or a "no call' "no show" nurse. When we notify the Director of this company that the nurse is late or hasn't showed up, she almost always claims "miscommunication" or that they didn't know the nurse would be absent.
