They came out for estimate and we went over all my concerns... gave me a verbal estimate on site that day and emailed same estimate to me later that afternoon.... We scheduled and they called to confirm the day before... the crew arrived a little earlier than we scheduled for (which was fine with me!...) and got right to work.... everything was removed as discussed.
