Relaxied, open, knowledgable, skilled and personable from the Dentist outward to everyone I had contact with. Effort has been made to go beyond the routine dental visit and even providing optional comforts from a warm neck wrap to a warm stone to keep my hands from turning to ice, which they can do. The real clincher was the warm water used with the cleaning and rinsing. For those with sensitive teeth this is huge!
