Very professional and detailed in telling me what she was doing to do next.
Although we've been coming to Liscio dental for about a year... this week was the test; my son's first cavity! Everyone was super nice and calming. Everything was explained to him ahead of time (he is only 7 years old) and he was encouraged to ask questions as they came to him. The cavity was filled quickly and without tears...thanks for the great care!
i always feel safe and cared for in dr. liscio's office. It would be nice if staff could warn people with back problems about how long they will be in chair, I could have worked something better with my kinesiologist/chiropractor dr. mumma. thanks to all the staff and dr. liscio!
I had a truly great experience with Dr Liscio. I was surprised as my screening visit not so much. The girl that filled my teeth and her assistant talked too much about unrelated stuff. It made me nervous that she was not going to get the fillings packed in correctly. Talking about moving and where they were going etc.. I did like everyone there, they were all very nice and helpful and on cue when and aware of what was needed. Great staff ! I came in for a cleaning, and it could not have gone better. I let the hygienist know before we began that I was very nervous due to unpleasant prior dental experiences. She told me she would "do anything" to help me relax and feel more comfortable. I thought, "Wow!" That's exactly the kind of support a nervous patient needs, and that's why I'm going back to Liscio Dental for my next cleaning.
