Dolma is thorough, pleasant and educates for improved dental care. She looks to find ways to make the experience easier and less painful. All appreciated. The warm wraps are always a nice touch, too!
Solid work
Having a tooth pulled by Dr. Liscio is like a day at the beach.
As I expected, excellent !
My hygenist was great and I was able to sneak into the appointment due to a cancellation, so I'm really happy with the front desk and their ability to get me in! Dr. Liscio is a great doc - sometimes I do feel that he bops in very quickly, doesn't say much and then leaves. Because I pay out of pocket, I sometimes feel like it wasn't totally worth it to have a check up with him because it was so quick. Yesterday was one of those days.
I was impressed by everyone I met, from Karen at the front desk, to Alma (?) the hygenist who kept making sure that I was okay and breathing, to Dr. Liscio. I particularly appreciated having everything explained to me as clearly as it was. first time ever it hurt. It has stopped
Staff was courteous, hygienist was excellent and is the first hygienist I have ever had who educated me as to WHY she was doing what she was doing. I appreciated the peaceful environment and the warm neck wrap. Dr. Liscio's philosophy about dental and physical health is right up my alley (I was specifically looking for a dentist who is a member of the IAOMT). In the end I left without having asked a few questions that were on my mind, but that was my own fault for forgetting.
