It might sound odd, but going to Dr. Liscio's is somewhat like going to a spa! As an extremely anxious dental patient, I can't think of any better hands to alleviate my concerns than Dr. Liscio's and his staff's. Once the calming music starts playing, and they put the heated lavender neck wrap on my shoulders and the warm, therapeutic stone in my hand (and give me a shiatsu massage on my other hand!)
