Took my car to Lisbon auto as it was sounding really rough. They took my car in quickly and diagnosed the problem (turned out to be a bad bearing). Owner (Nuno) called me to describe what the issue was and what the cost would be to replace. No unnecessary repairs/add on sales like I am used to.
