I recently ordered a flower arrangment for my son. He is new to Shreveport. They were delivered but were wind blown. I contacted Lisa's Florist. She explained they had unforseen problems that. She went above and beyond to correct what I'm sure Valentine's Day deliveries must of been. Today my son called and also sent me a picture he had received from Lisa's Flowers & Gifts! This was the best experience I have ever had at a florist. They were so kind and went out of their way to help us. We were not even sure what we wanted for our Dad, but as we told her about him, she took notes and she nailed it! Thank you so much for wonderful arrangement you did for his funeral. It was so lovely!
