I had a very bad experience with Dr Lisa Zhang. Earlier this year, she made me a pair of orthotics that were made incorrectly. I explained to her that I was having pain when walking, and her response: “stop wearing them.” Not an ideal solution. When I went to a different, more senior podiatrist, they explained to me how these were causing my pain, as they were 100% wrong. The worst part, she has zero compassion or empathy, and didn’t really care about my issues. Do not recommend.
Dr. Zhang provides excellent treatment with a knowledgeable and personalized approach. She demonstrates expertise and professionalism with each treatment and shows compassion towards her patients.
Wonderful and caring Dr. Takes time to explain and answer any questions. Her ability to make you feel welcome, comfortable and heard is also above par. Highly recommend and am very grateful to have found Dr. Zhang.
The staff as well as Dr Zhang were polite as well as professional.
Dr zhang is nice and attentive. Treatment didn’t work though.
