One year ago (April 2022), I waited about two hours for an appmt and left. I came back for a makeup appmt a week later and had to wait about an hour. On 5-25-23, I waited for a regular annual appmt, finally heard my first name called and asked the woman if she called (my full name) and she just looked at me and turned around to go back into the "inner sanctum." After an additional wait, I returned to the front desk and asked for a co-pay refund. Perhaps the medical care is excellent, but this the most poorly run doctor's off... read more
She is a very wonderful doctor! Straight to the point but also listens and WANTS your help to get a correct diagnosis!!!!! Always happy with her visits!!!! Blessed to have her
My visit was amazing. He is so knowledgeable. He answered my questions clearly and precisely. He truly cares about each of his patients. I was so happy about my visit, I phoned my daughters afterward and told them to make appointments. They did so. One was pregnant at the time and one has PCOS and other issues no one was aware she had. They have been thoroughly pleased with the care they have received. We need more doctors like Dr. Williams.
She was very knowledgeable about Gastro related procedures and issues. Good listener and attentive. Took the time to explain procedures and answered questions in an easy-to-understand format. Very personable. Highly recommend.
Dr. Johnson has provided great medical care to my son since birth. He is not only knowledgeable and thorough, but possesses a great bedside manner. He is readily available to answer questions, compassionate, funny, and provides good customer service.
Great experience. Dr. Drowota explained what my cataract surgery would entail and the surgery went extremely well. Wonderful to have my vision cleared up.
Rushed visits but yet you can never even get just a med refill 10 minute appointment without waiting for a month to see her. Ridiculous then you wait forever to get in.
Dr Knox was incredible. Great bedside manner and the entire MMC team was very professional and kind.
He listened to my concerns and took them very seriously. He was personable and it was so nice to go in and he knew everything that was going on with me!
