Lisa is lovely, I can't recommend her highly enough. Very reasonable rates.
Very personable and warm, so two stars for that. But if she does not want to deal with you, she'll just ignore your calls and give you unneccessary run around. She gets overwhelmed easily, even with simple service requests and prefers to just decline to work for you altogether because that's easiest. As she said herself: keep shopping around!
