I have menopausal/pre-menopausal stiffness. I also do a hard physical labor job. Between the two, I have been coming to Lisa for a decade for repair and healing. With her broad skill set and her knowledge of deep tissue, Lisa has been better than my doctors and their physical therapy. I go to her, then go home and do the exercises I need to maintain and prolong my flexibility. Massage packages are affordable and she's always on time and ready for me. I'm so grateful for her
