Frankly I'd think a professional would have a bit more sense than to text a potential client at 12:30am.... Sending an email in the morning that you "won't do it again" was a perfect touch though as I'd think a reputable professional wouldn't have done that the first time! I'd also assume a professional would not justify this with "my bad." Thank you Lisa for that incredibly important text at 12:30 my newborn was so thrilled to hear you were willing to work with us he cried.... all night.
