Best Victorian tea room in the South Bay.
Such a cute place everything was very carefully and creatively made on their miniature sandwiches etc. well worth every penny we were so full that we could not even eat our dessert. My girlfriends and I are coming back for sure

get a reservation and just relax and enjoy! it's really about appreciating the little nuances of life, and tea. they were very busy but I never felt frustrated or annoyed, they had a full house. another customer cut in line after we'd been waiting but that was the only negative. the tea and good we excellent as always. I prefer this location as it had separate rooms like there old one did but perhaps roomier.
The new decor is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and provided great customer service. The food was excellent and we’ll be back soon!
