They want to make it seem like it's a good place to live, but it's not. I was there for approximately 5 years. When we first moved in, things seems okay. Then the patio door started to leak. We reported it to the office, but it wasn't a priority. The patio door leaked for over 2 years. I would not recommend this place. They have been struggling in management. We get notices about cosmetic damage on our cars, while we have to come home to entry ways that has broken locks. I have had a maintenance order in for about a year now and it still has not been fixed.
get repairs don in a timely manner. It's been a month and still the closet door is broke being held onto the hinges with one screw. The garbage disposal dosen't work and has food in it because of kids. and its clogged and the AC doesn't work. I moved in on the 6th of last month and still no repairs. pool can be a great place when they have it open. never know when or why it will be closed.
They make it seem like it’s a cool laid back atmosphere but is not that at all. The office lady is the most pettiest person I have ever seen in my life. If u are Afro American ( black) u will have the worst time living here. U and your kids will be harassed for basically no reason. Also the rent is over priced and the maintenance is terrible, if u have problems they won’t be fixed or it will take weeks. To save yourself the head ache I would move some where that u are appreciate it and where your money is valued.
It is quite and clean mangement is very nice and respecfull the whole staff
