Lisa Raho, my Doctor of Audiology, is wonderful. She is patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. She goes the extra mile to inspect my hearing aides, which I've worn since Aug., 2023, and make any repairs needed to them; and adds any new updates. Stuart F. Johnson, Esq.
Once I got to see the doctor, everything went swimmingly. Doctor was very professional, very courteous and explained to me what was going on. However, my experience before I got to the doctor was less reassuring. The i receptionist disappeared shortly after checking me in and never returned. One poor guy came in after me and stood there for the longest time without anyone coming to help him. Eventually, one of the doctors came out and helped him out.
