My daughter and I saw Dr. Irvin for Ready Care today – she was warm, attentive, and treated my daughter with care and respect. She provided a thorough assessment of potential diagnoses, and walked us through details we didn't fully understand. A+ experience!
Dr Irvin is an understanding and honest person. I felt like I was in good hands and she wanted to be there.
Dr. Irvin's bedside manner is absolutely abhorrent. She is always in a mad rush and often times rude. Today her nurse even got in the action and slammed the door on us. Vaccinations are a stressful time and Lisa lacks understanding of the stress parents face during this time. Our family's experience with her at ready care has been equally distressing. I like the other providers at the clinic so we continue to go there. However, when we need to visit Ready Care, I always call to see which provider is on duty and will take my ... read more
