Lisa is disorganized and does not follow through. It is unfortunate that people have to settle for such poor care.
Love Lisa! She is so attentive, and thorough, and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of, and getting the referrals I need. I picked the right PCP!
Lisa has been readily available to me. She has spent time with me and actually cares about my health. Her staff is kind and compassionate, not to mention competent. She follows through.
The lack of follow through and communication was very disappointing. I waited for a week just to have a referral started and I was in extreme pain. When I called and asked about the referral they just said it hadn’t been done yet. I’m definitely going elsewhere. This is horrible patient care!
