I was going to a stylist there for almost a year. She was late for every appointment we had. Not because of previous appointment running over just arriving late. Usually for a 1:00pm appointment. I liked the salon so I booked an appointment with another stylist just to be called and told I could not see her as I was so and so client. I never went back.
Love my hair! Thank you Jen for a great haircut. A huge change but loving it!
