Not good at really listening and responding to your problems. She just sat there listening with no response until the end, and even then she only answered one of the questions. The follow up on a test was horrible and didn't try to recommend doing another test without me having to ask. Not very caring at all.
Dr. Madsen and her nurse are responsive. They listen and take time to address your specific issues. She has been our doctor for a number of years. We even followed her from her Lansing office.
