Excellent listener, and responds to my concerns. She is busy, so it can be hard to see her on short notice. Would definitely recommend her to family.
Have been a patient for several years. Her being a great listener is not an act, regardless of patients age. She attacked one of my critical problems with deep concern using multiple approaches and would not let go until she got it solved.

Dr. Madsen has been a great listener, and has given positive feedback. She has answered my questions in terms that i can understand more than any other doctor. This is the first doctor that I have felt truly comfortable talking to and not feeling ashamed or embarrassed to tell her anything. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Madsen is a great listener which helps to make her an excellent with her diagnoses. She makes her patients feel like she is their partner on health.
Dr. Madsen REALLY LISTENS to me! She listens carefully, without interrupting, and takes what I have to say into consideration. Then thoughtfully makes recommendations. Hasn’t been wrong yet. One of the best doctors I’ve ever encountered.
My daughter referred to me to Dr. Lisa Madsen. She is the best primary care physician that I have ever had.
She always spends time with patients and really listens to their concerns.
Not good at really listening and responding to your problems. She just sat there listening with no response until the end, and even then she only answered one of the questions. The follow up on a test was horrible and didn't try to recommend doing another test without me having to ask. Not very caring at all.
Dr. Madsen and her nurse are responsive. They listen and take time to address your specific issues. She has been our doctor for a number of years. We even followed her from her Lansing office.
