Dr. Kern is very professional, intelligent and thorough. She really knows the local community of medical professionals for referrals.
Dr. Kern and PA Madison, always provide excellent service, share my patient plan information, and consistently treat me with respect and are very personable. I appreciate having their facility at Bown Crossing near my home, and recommend them to friends and relatives.

I went in to go over blood work and ask other questions. Dr. Kern addressed all my concerns and went over my results. She never makes me feel rushed or judged.
This was a visit to discuss cessation of driving for a family member with Alzheimer's disease. She is a patient of Dr. Kern and was present to participate in the conversation. Dr. Kern was understanding, compassionate, and also firm in her opinion that driving by her patient should not continue. She gave cogent reasons and helped my family member understanding that cessation of driving for safety reasons is in her best interest and that of the community.
Always exceptional. See stays up to date on medical issues and is ready to refer when anything is out of her ken.
