Dr. Kern listens patiently to me about my health update from my previous visit. She makes having a medical appointment easy. She is non judgemental about what ever I am there to see her about and gives me choices on how to proceed with my healthcare,
Dr. Kern has been my doctor for over 10 yrs. I am handicapped. She is curious and goes over all my medical problems each and every time. I highly recommend her.
She is an excellent provider who is very thorough in her exams. She is also an excellent communicator.
Always great service and care. I find Dr Kern to be very thorough and I never feel rushed. She gives me lots of information and explains my condition in a manor that I can easily understand. I thank her for everything she does for me. I recommend her to my friends.

I have been going to Dr. Kern for a quite a few years now. She is pretty much always on time and totally focused on my needs. She is very thorough and very good at explaining in terms a lay person can understand. I love that when I leave I get a complete print out of what we discussed during our appointment and she also lists what actions I might need to take. My only complaint is I liked it better before she moved to the East side of town!
Dr. Kern has been my doctor since I moved to Boise 9 years ago. A colleague recommended her. I'm so happy she did. My last couple of visits have been for injuries I sustained in a car accident. She's always very empathetic and caring. She has helped me make sensible decisions about my treatment. My son used to go to her also until he moved. I would recommend her to anyone.
Appointment 9/21, was left in exam room for an hour, but was not seen by physician. I had another important appointment and had to leave, so told the office staff to please ask Dr. Kern to call me, but have not received a call.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Lisa Kerns she listens, and she takes her time and makes you feel comfortable to talk and share your information with her. I have been looking for a Dr like her...She's AMAZING!!
