Although I LOVE Dr. Coles to no end! UC Health is failing me totally! I get piecemeal tests across the board. I get stupid surveys which don't ASK about the SYSTEM. Which by now sucks terribly as I sit here for months and months with urinary issues not being resolved. No available appointments, no follow up, no more phone numbers to call to get what I need. Dr. Coles is a wonderful doctor. She is gentle, listens, and I feel she works with the patient’s wishes. I started going there with my 88 year father and through observing her care with him, my family has made her our PCP.
Dr. Coles is awesome. For someone who is petrified of going to the doctor she made the experience a good one and I actually plan on going back. See you soon doc.
Dr Coles has been my primary care doctor for approximately 5 years. Over those years I found her to be satisfactory. However; two years ago I began to experience wheezing and coughing episodes that got progressively worse. I saw Dr Coles several times. Each time she ordered tests including blood, X-ray, and CT scans and referred me to several specialists. Nothing alarming showed up but neither was there follow up.
