The office ladies are rude, inconsiderate and have no clue how to run the office. Dr. Cibik is fantastic and very thorough. I don’t think she realizes how incompetent most of her staff is. The most simplistic tasks need explained multiple ways to them to the point it’s ridiculous.
I was very nervous for my eye appointment! Dr. Cibik put me at ease immediately. Her entire staff was great. I am looking forward to my eye surgery because I feel her confidence has eased my nerves.
