Lisa seems like a great physician. My partner and I were hoping to have her as our primary care physician. Unfortunately the office where she is located is not very good. Rude, incompetent people on the phones. Incompetent billing department. NO response to emails in mychart to the Lisa and the "General Help". We were both hit with high bills for "long" follow up preventative appointments with suspicious accounting. We will be going elsewhere. It is a shame, really... but CHI is not trustworthy.
