Lisa Britton has been so great with me. I live many miles away and still keep her as my PCP.
I have been a patient of Dr. Britton for over 10 years. She cares about her patients and listens to your concerns. She is knowledgeable and an excellent resource for whole healthcare.
She seemed like a good dr until I experienced actual health issues. She barely checked to see what was wrong & actually tried to reduce the meds that gave me relief. I got an appointment elsewhere & they found cysts, she seemed upset that I did that & basically ignored the findings. The final straw was being told, well, its been there awhile so its probably nothing. This issue causes me pain for about half the month. Dr. Britton has been my PCP for many years because she is straightforward, practical, and not afraid to tell you when she doesn't know the answer but will direct you to someone who does.
Dr. Britton has been my primary for about 8 years. She's ideal. Everything you would want in a doctor. She has a great "bedside manner" sort of like a coach for good health. I have had uniformly good experiences with all the staff, especially Danai, who is a wizard at non-painful bloodtaking. Only caveat: I hate mychart and would like to deal more with emails.
I have been seeing Dr.Britton for over 10 yrs.for all my medical needs! She's so attentive compassionate knowledgeable professional etc...SHES THE BEST! AND ALL THE MA'S FRONT DESK EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE ARE WONDERFUL!
I use to see Dr. Britton but now told she is only seeing children so on to a nother doctor
Dr. Britton gets an A+ for bed side manner, knowledge, responsiveness and professionalism. It is so rare to find a doctor like Dr. Britton that you know from her actions really cares about her patients.
