Lisa was considerate, direct & informative & she explained our options as well as clear next steps. She took her time & answered our questions. The staff was very friendly & accomodating & worked quickly to get us an appt. That was awesome.
Dr. Lai made a scary diagnosis better. From the moment you walk in the door to her office, you feel cared about. Starting with the front desk staff to the nurses to Dr. Lai herself… everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and kind. We are blessed to have this Upstate group local.
