Feels she looks down on me just because I smoke. Have painful lumps that act up and boil and even after asking if I was to quit if she would take them out she said no because "there's only an 80% chance if it working". The NP was 100x more on top of and more concerned for my problems than Lisa. As soon as she enters she doesn't smile or make you feel welcome, but more of a burden especially if you aren't up to "her standards" I'm waiting for a different "specialist" to see
