I had a first time appointment with Lisa Lackey via video call. I checked in 15 minutes before my appointment. And waited 40 minutes. I called the number on the website and it’s a call center. Couldn’t even reach her office. The call center contacted the office and no one knew anything. How do you stand up a patient?! Very unprofessional!!
