Don't bother using any lawyers in elko for divorce or child custody. They are all horrible.
She does not return phone calls. She ignores my nephew when he tries to get ahold of her, and then her secretary sends my nephew papers on somebody else's divorce. That office is so backwards. Will take your money until there is none left. Absolutely no help after the divorce agreement is signed, and making sure your ex honors the agreement. Doesn't put forth any time into your case. If possible to get a hold of [her], ask me to come up with a response for a court order. I came up with the response, and then she dropped me five minutes before closing on Thursday; she's not open on Friday, and I have to have my response in by Monday.
