Very disappoint with the quality of eye exam and accuracy by Dr. Murray. I called several times to ask to come back in due to the fact that my vision seemed off of on the prescription she gave me. The lady I spoke with kept saying “give it time for your eyes to adjust”. I gave it several months and called to say it wasn’t better. Finally, I went somewhere else (where they gave me a different/better prescription) when they wouldn’t comply. RecommendedI have been a patient for at least 3 years. She is very understanding and takes time to listen. I have recommended her many times.
I work in Smyrna and recently started seeing Dr. Murray. I was having terrible styes and terrible pain in my eyes. She knew exactly what to do and I’ve been pain free ever since! I highly recommend her, she’s great!

It is more than a little annoying, after 6 years of being a patient, that I have to have my vision insurance verified as good before even allowing me to make my annual appointment. I missed a 0 in the ID and could not make an appointment until I could prove I am covered. I asked to be sure I understood correctly and was told that I had to have my insurance verified to make sure the appointments are not taken by those who cannot pay. If I wanted to identify as self pay they would try to find an appointment. That is taking no ... read more
