Great Customer Care. Was speaking with a representative and informed him that I just got in an accident and the first thing he said was, "Are you OK?" Seems like something everyone would say however I genuinely appreciated his concern. Also he gave me step by step instructions clearly, and politely to help me understand my options. Great guy you guys have.
