I had a similar experience to the other review… she told me it was something viral and “not every virus is COVID”, then proceeded to do nothing to help me. I mentioned my throat during my exam and she looked at it for a moment. By 5 days later, I couldn’t swallow. Went to an Altru Family Medicine Center MD and was diagnosed with a bad case of strep. Disappointed to say the least with my Express Clinic visit with Lisa.
My child has seen her twice. Both times she claimed viral and did absolutely NOTHING to help. Both times my kid got sicker. Waste of time to see her! If you wanna get better go to someone else who actually knows what they are doing!
