We are so glad we found Ms. Lisa Hayes. She has helped our son and family tremendously. She listens and is understanding. She always asks us how things are going at home so she know what topics to cover during her session with our child. She gives us resources to help support us at home or at school. She has been a great support system for my child and our family. My son definitely trust her as a safe person to talk to. I am thankful we have Ms. Lisa to help us thru this part of our life.
I was a patient 4-5 years ago, Lisa Hayes is by far the worst therapist I have ever encountered. She is a people pleaser, she will agree with you but will suddenly switch up and betray your trust. I was 15 at the time, she was my personal therapist but she still requested to speak to my parents before the appointment alone for about 30 minutes at a time which is not required.
