If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! I I’m very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. In the past five months, I booked two separate appointments with Dr. Lisa Dang, in Beverly Hills and both times they were canceled because the doctor was “not available.” This is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. Please do not waste your time with this provider!!!
Unfortunately this office will schedule an appointment with Dr. Dang but when you arrive at the practice your appointment is switched to an optometrist. Clinic receptionist was friendly and helpful but unfortunately I needed care from an ophthalmologist and not an optometrist. Would not recommend this practice if you need anything more than an eye exam with an optometrist as the actual physician is not accessible. Disappointing patient experience!
