Assigned as my PCP and still haven't had the opportunity since my first appointment was abruptly canceled that Morning, 45 minutes before. Never got a call back either to make another appointment when she would be available. It's very difficult to get through to someone.
I would give 0 if I could. Always takes more than a month to get an appointment if you can see her at all. Extremely long hold times on the phone. No tech used. Cannot email or text for simple things. Over charges by allot. $372 for a 5 minute phone call for a different doctor because doctor gil was not available. Service has gotten so bad at this office it isn't worth going there any more. We are switching doctors after 10 years. They have just gotten ready to big.
Love Dr Gil, but the office’s management of appointment times/patients needs some work. Even with that, I would still choose her as my children’s doctor.
