I am a new patient of Dr. Lisa Ferrara. I’ve had 3 visits with her but I was comfortable with her since day 1. Dr. Ferrara has a wonderful bedside manner. I have anxiety and she’s been very patient and caring with me. She always makes me feel calm and answers all my questions without making me feel rushed. Her front desk staff is always polite and helpful.
I gave up on this place, they never call back been over six months. They finally called me last night to confirm a visit which I have no clue when I made it told them to cross me off the list to come back. They just called again today after I told them to cross me off the list...They are a bunch of hopeless people that works there. Dr. is good she needs to find a different place to work. Dr Ferrar is the most caring and available doctor. It took me a year to get my first appointment. It was well worth the wait.
Office staff, suck, leave a message another message and another no one calls back. Dr Lisa is wonderful but her staff Suck! Miserable people, always have an excuse.Time to evaluate your office staff!
