I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I came in mainly to address my root regrowth, but I was directed into a much more extensive colour service, including additional bleaching that I did not feel was necessary. There was no clear consultation explaining why this extra processing was required, what it could do to my already dry hair, or that the final cost would be $370.
