I booked for a haircut about a month ago with Lisa for tom but informed me a day before my appointment that she will pass me to a different stylist or they will have to cancel my appointment!!! a day before! who does that?? A reputable Salon would know it takes about a couple of weeks to book a senior stylist, and your just telling me that a day before! That for me means that because I am not colouring my hair and that you won’t be making a ton of money from me suddenly my time is not important. No respect for others time. H... read more
