Absolute wonderful place!!! Dr. Daniel is very thorough and explain things in layman's terms. The office staff was super nice & helpful in picking out new frames and dealing with insurance. Highly recommend!!!

Terrible customer service! Upon entering the eye clinic, I asked if they take VSP Vision insurance and they do. I informed the receptionist that I did leave my prescription at home and would it be ok to email it as SOON as I got back home (I live less than 10 mins away). She told me that it wouldn't be a problem. Then she points to the eye glass sections and says VSP covers the ones in the glass case. Neither receptionist bother to get up and show me the frames instead sat behind the counter on their phone. After several min... read more
