I just wanted to give a shout out to Dr. Ball and the team that helped my mom this week. I went along to her appointment - she is so patient and really listens! I am so thankful that Dr. Ball is now my mom‘s new doctor! Ashley, the nurse was so kind as well. The convenience of valet was really appreciated - Andrew and Robert started our appointment off well with their welcoming spirit. They even feed the birds so when you’re waiting for your car, you have something to look at! I’m telling you it was a great experience!
First-time encounter with my new primary care physician. She seems very confident and caring, too. I'm cautiously optimistic after having had 5 primary care doctors with BayCare in the last 5 years. All subsequently left the group, which has been very dispiriting. Dr. Ball has been with BayCare for a decade or so, giving me hope!
