Lisa and her staff are wonderful. Lisa is very attentive to my issues and is always sympathetic. I feel very lucky to have a great personal medical care giver.
I’m new to NM and was nervous to find a new healthcare provider. Lisa Cramm made my decision easy! She was thorough during my new patient appointment and reviewed my past and current health issues and secured release of information forms. She answered my questions and gave me helpful suggestions moving forward. Her medical assistant was outgoing and personable and the office Staff friendly and helpful. My very first visit with Lisa yesterday. Very nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and was willing to take the extra time to get to know me and my conditions and let me ask as many questions as I needed to. I did not feel rushed.
Lisa Cramm is a wonderful CNP - and is now definitely my Primary Care Provider! I went to her for some health problems - because my daughter goes to her and recommended that I try her too. You know how most places make Insurance and ID a priority, not here. They seem genuinely interested in you as a person and not just a name for a time slot. Beyond that and most important is the personal attention Lisa Cramm pays. Your lab results, health record and personal concerns are important to her overall assessment of your health. It’s refreshing to have a “conversation” about your health and not be given some vague idea of what direction you need to take when you walk out the door.
