great - she took time to explain things my dad has hard time hearing thru the mask - but that is not her fault. She takes an interest in his care what is best for him I appreciate that & her medical assistant Rosie is very helpful & great

I ENJOYED TALKING WITH LISA CRAMM OVER THE INTERNET. IT WAS ALMOST LIKE I WAS THERE IN THE OFFICE. SHE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. THE NURSE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND EASY TO TALK WITH!
Excellent care. My wife and myself are being treated at home for COVID Getting rapid response for our health care. Diagnosis and medication regiment has been great. We have 100% trust and feel safe with our primary health care provider and her staff. Love the tele-med care.
