I had to post and warn others of the complete lack of compassion and concern this Lisa Cohen PA office had for my mom today. My 80-year-old mother broke both hips last month. Rods and pins in each hip, a week in the hospital, three weeks in rehab. She cannot walk. Her follow-up here was scheduled for 9:30 a.m. — the only time they offered us. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Cohen and her team. She’s professional, easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, and never makes you feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to listen. Her office staff is just as wonderful—Raphael at the front desk is hands down the friendliest and most efficient administrator I’ve ever met.
