I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The waiting room chairs were not the best I have seen, they could definitely use an upgrade. Their staff was mostly friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend this podiatrist to people I know.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
