I would recommend House Paws to anyone! Booking an appointment is always easy and pleasant. The vets are always so patient with my very difficult dog. Test results are always back quickly and they always reach out to check in after a visit. I am so happy that I found them!
Best group of vets. You can tell they really care about the animals they are treating. I've had them for emergency care and home visits. They take their time explaining, never rushing. I highly, highly recommend them.
The staff is awesome with my pitbull. Though I have only used this service twice for well visits, I feel super comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone!
I should have known better after how disorganized and difficult to get answers on things. But went ahead with the surgery for my girl anyway.. They botched the surgery, had to cut her open again because she was bleeding. They told me to take her to NorthStar Emergency if there were any more problems. I asked who is paying for NorthStar when you (Housepaws) caused this? The answer I got back was we are not paying for it, she is you dog and you. They may be ok for basic things, BUT BEWARE if your dogs needs surgery.
Our first experience with House Paws was when we had to put our sweet lab to sleep. On our hardest day in a very long time, they were nothing but wonderful and made the entire horrifically sad experience so much easier. Dr. Libby explained everything and made us feel okay about everything that was going to happen. They gave us the time we needed to hug and sob over our furry family member, never pushing. I’m so grateful we called them, they made the worst day ever just a little easier.
