John was quick to try and guide me through the process over phone. Wasn’t even concerned with getting paid. He then came out when I was still having trouble the same day. The man knows the systems in and out and is very prompt. I will continue to use his service for any of my future needs.

My Grandmother Donna was referred to Lisa & John’s HVAC from an old co-worker. She had called and talked to John about possibly replacing her furnace for a new one and they setup a time for him to come by to check her furnace. After John looked everything over he was able to fix the main issue and explained what needed to be replaced and why. 1000% satisfied with the work done by John. He was able to find the motor for my heater when Christopher’s heating and air told me that the motor was unavailable because it wasn’t being made anymore and was trying to sell me on a new unit instead…There are a lot of scam artists out here, but this is an honest company that does great work!!!

We agreed on furnace and air conditioner replacement. I paid him $3000 for the down payment with the remainder due after completion. After a week of no communication, I contacted him to set a date for the install. Date set and and short while later, he canceled saying "not everyone is a dog person." He then added a $120 fee that he never told me about. He said he'd put the "check in the mail" minus his fee. I haven't heard from him since.
