My son is the only one in our family who has needed braces, and it’s been a wonderful experience. Dr. Alvetro and her staff are always willing to answer any questions we have. I would highly recommend her to family & friends. All the staff we’ve met along the way have been extremely friendly. We’ve had the privilege of having Michelle as a hygienist for years, and are definitely going to miss the Alvetro team.

I am writing this with a mixed review. I have sang this office praises for years, brought my 3 kids here and had planned to bring my 4th when he’s ready. Recommended everyone that asked. But yesterday I had a very bad experience with Shannon who answered the phone. My 21 year old daughter has a broken permanent retainer and when calling to ask for an emergency appointment to repair it before our vacation, was refused an emergency appointment and treated extremely rudely by Shannon. This is a piece of metal bonded to her teeth that is partly coming off and poking her under her tongue. She was told to bend it back or wear wax and given an appointment in a MONTH and put on a waiting list. The piece will not stay bent back and wax does not stay on a piece of metal that is sitting under your tongue. I called and once again got Shannon and asked to speak to Dr Alvetro or an office manager. She refused to let me. I asked to speak to ANYONE but her, still refused. Said they don’t do emergency appointments. Wouldn’t you think it is my right after 3 kids and thousands of dollars paid to this office to speak to the Dr or a manager if I’m having an issue? Shannon was Extremely rude, dismissive and extremely unprofessional and very bad customer service. I am intending to write a letter personally to Dr Alvetro in complaint of Shannon. Dr Alvetro and other staff have always been kind and compassionate and great to work with. Sad that one bad apple can spoil the bushel.

Today is our daughter’s first day with braces. At our initial consultation, Dr. Alvetro and her staff were very thorough in their explanation of the treatment plan and process. We are very pleased with the application of the braces and the time Dr. Alvetro’s staff took to explain the care and hygiene requirements that go with braces.

i would like to start by saying I have NEVER taken the time to write a review but I feel like I need to share our experience. We called Alvetro for a consult for our oldest boy and had our first meeting with the Tipp city office. Our son just had his “debonding day”...Braces off🙌🏻. He is happy and so am I. This place is the best. Staff is super, all of them! Dr. Alvetro is very personable and easy to work with. His journey seemed like it went by so quick and easy. Painless for me, LOL. Recommend them highly!! Oh ...and the kids love it there😉
